How we handle your information

GoAmeri Realty is a licensed California real estate brokerage (DRE #02373668) based in San Francisco. This policy explains what we collect when you use goamerirealty.com or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our offer and contact forms, and our email and text message communications.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message, an inquiry, or an offer request form.
- Transaction information you provide when we represent you, such as property addresses, purchase terms, and the documents needed for an offer (for example proof of funds or a pre-approval letter).
- Technical information needed to run the site securely, such as your IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting and security providers.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate brokerage services.
- To prepare, submit, and manage offers and transactions on your behalf.
- To send you service communications by email, phone, or text message when you have asked for them.
- To keep records required of a California real estate brokerage.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number only to send the messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Our Terms and Conditions describe the program in full.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), transactional email delivery, text message delivery (Twilio), our customer relationship system, document storage, and transaction and escrow parties as needed to complete a purchase or sale. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep transaction records for the period California law requires of real estate brokerages, currently at least three years after closing. Inquiries that do not become transactions are kept only as long as needed to follow up.
Your choices and rights
California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and will not be treated differently for doing so. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
