These terms and conditions apply to your use of goamerirealty.com and to communications from GoAmeri Realty, a licensed California real estate brokerage (DRE #02373668) in San Francisco, California. By using the website or opting in to our messages you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Use of the website

The content on goamerirealty.com is provided for general information about our brokerage and services. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing on the site creates an agency relationship until a written agreement is signed. Property information may change without notice. All content is owned by GoAmeri Realty and may not be reproduced without permission.

SMS Terms and Conditions

GoAmeri Realty Alerts is the text messaging program of GoAmeri Realty. When you opt in, you will receive text messages about the real estate matters you are part of with us, such as showing confirmations, offer updates, documents we need from you, and deadlines. GoAmeri Realty agents use the same program to stay current on their clients' transactions.

1. How to opt in. You opt in by signing up at goamerirealty.com/sms-opt-in, where you enter your mobile number and check the consent box, by asking us in writing or in person to add your mobile number, or by texting START to (510) 662-6374. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (510) 662-6374. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text START to (510) 662-6374 or sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
4. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Rates and frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy at https://goamerirealty.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
